10.0Wunderschöne ruhige, lichtdurchflutete und sichere Anlage. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist sensationell. Der Blick perfekt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut auch die abgesperrte Tiefgarage. Während dem Sturmtief Therese war das Gold wert.
− Schlüsselübergabe etwas tricky, aber wenn man weiß wie kein Problem. Etwas mehr Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen wäre gut

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit mangelhafter Ausstattung und schlechtem Service.
8.0Tolle Lage, herrlicher Blick auf das Meer, ruhige, nett gestaltete Anlage. Die Terrasse ist großartig. Auch die Innenräume sind schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist super!
− Miserable Küchenausstattung! Keine Pfanne, kein Sieb, kein Sparschäler, keine Topflappen usw. Spülmaschine vorhanden, aber mangels Geschirr nicht nutzbar. Kein Kontakt vor Ort, alles läuft online. Wir waren um 14:00 Uhr auf der Terrasse und baten um den Schlüsselcode. Nach telefonischem Kontakt war klar, dass wir erst um 15:00 Uhr hinein gelassen werden, weil ab 15:00 Uhr Einchecken ist! Das geschah dann aber auch nicht automatisch, sondern wir mussten weitere 3 x telefonieren um den Code zu erhalten. Die Gespräche waren nicht am Kunden orientiert und freundlich, sondern von oben herab und überaus distanziert. Das ist unbefriedigend und absolut verbesserungsbedürftig.
