− Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del balcone e non siamo riuscti a chiudere la persiana della camera e del bagno perché completamente ricoperte di guano di piccione. Contattato la gestione ci veniva detto che purtroppo c'era questo problema è che il giorno prima del nostro ingresso era stato pulito tutto. Da quello che abbiamo trovato non direi proprio.

10.0Appartamento molto carino e pulito; la posizione è ottima, a due passi da piazza Grande e vicino ai parcheggi. L'host ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie ed è stata molto disponibile. Se dovessi tornare ad Arezzo, alloggerei sicuramente qui.

9.0Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben arredato. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma l'ho trovata ben fornita, così come i bagni, con kit cortesia e ottimi asciugamani. Accesso con smartphon molto semplice e Virginia, l'host, gentile e disponibile. Non conosciuta di persona ma abbiamo sempre interagito facilmente tramite whatsapp.
