10.0The house had everything it needed to be like you're at home. It was comfy and spacious. The bathrooms were nice and the tubs were massive. The kitchen table was nice and big. Enjoyed having a lot of pot and pans.
− I didn't like having only 1 TV. We did not intend on watching a lot of TV but we got rained in for 2 days and were all watching one screen. Not the worst thing in the world. It worked out in the end.
It serves its purpose but I should’ve paid more attention to accessibility and demanded better answers and service.
4.0Location convenient affordable
− Definitely not Luxurious as they claim. Inside fixtures are dated and look original when it was built. Communication with the host was horrible. I simply asked for a later check out then 10am and was told they need to check availability on my check in date. Mind you I paid 100% in advance by a month and a half. Asked again on checking day. No answer. Asked again the morning of check out. Ignored. No problem we left Two sets of stairs to get to it. Do not stay here if anyone in your party is elderly and don’t do well with stairs. Also claim shared area for courtyard and fire pit. No stairs to the shared area and another broken set of stairs that was supposed to head to shared area. The only thing separating us and the shared tenant was a slatted door with a dead bolt. Oh required “quiet times” that weren’t mentioned in the booking 9pm to 9am. Not the we were having a raging party but made us feel uncomfortable to even be up doing anything besides watching a movie. Place is great if you just want a place to sleep if you’re under 40 and don’t have any physical limitations.

5.0Easy to find and it fit our family
− Had to call for code as it was after the time for check in... Couldn't use the fire pit as there's a lock on the gate and the person living in the back area had a refrigerator in the way on back patio so we couldn't get down there... Smelled like cigar smoke coming through the vents from the back house tenant.. couldn't use the fire place as they tell us they disassembled it because of other house guests... All that should NOT of been on the list of amenities if we weren't allowed to use any of it .
