Abitare nel centro storico di Pienza
10.0Ho trascorso quasi una settimana nella Casa Vacanze Oliviera Pienza e posso dire con certezza che questo alloggio è perfetto da ogni punto di vista. Il palazzo si trova nel cuore del centro storico, ma le finestre dell'appartamento danno su una stradina tranquilla (non di passaggio), quindi nessun rumore e buona qualità del sonno. Il climatizzatore e/o il ventilatore assicurano l'aria fresca anche nelle giornate più calde e afose. In cucina e nel bagno troverete tutto di cui avete bisogno, Mi è piaciuta una calorosa accoglienza della signora Rita che mi ha dato tante spiegazioni utili come organizzarmi: dove parcheggiare la macchina con indicazioni sui parcheggi gratuiti, dove si trova il supermercato ecc. La ringrazio calorosamente.
− Mi è piaciuto tutto. Per tenere la casa fresca (fuori c'erano 35-38 gradi), bisogna tenere gli scuri e la finestra del lucernario chiusi: il buio può dare un pò fastidio a lungo andare.

10.0Tutto!!! Bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort: condimenti come olio, sale, aceto… ogni genere di prodotti e strumenti per la pulizia, fermo restando che la proprietaria mi ha chiesto se volessi usufruire delle pulizie. Frigo dotato di bevande fresche… posizione ottima, appartamento bellissimo e la signora Rita cordiale, discreta ed elegante.
− In realtà la posizione, seppur ottima, perché centralissima, non ha possibilità di parcheggio… ci sono parcheggi nelle immediate vicinanze col disco orario per scaricare i bagagli: tutto sta ad avere la fortuna di trovarli liberi!!! D’altronde, se si sta in un centro storico, un pegno si deve pur pagare!!! Ma non è certo un inconveniente che pregiudica l’ottima posizione della struttura che, benché centrale, non è esposta a passaggi di auto o schiamazzi vari.
