9.0Great ocean views and very peaceful stay. Very clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi. Josefina was very helpful and responsive throughout.
− Access to the property is very steep and unless you're up for a good workout, an ATV is needed.

7.0Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Ausblick auf den Pazifik. Achtung: Die Anfahrt hoch zum Haus ist extrem steil - Allrad empfohlen!!!!
− Eine einfache Anfahrtsskizze wäre hilfreich. Mit der angegebenen Adresse sind wir zunächst am falschen Berg gelandet. Pool liegt unten an der Einfahrt - 100 Höhenmeter vom Haus entfernt. Badezimmer mit Badewanne unpraktisch und renovierungsbedürftig (Zimmer 5) Dusche funktioniert nicht vernünftig- bei etwas höherem Druck spritzt das Wasser zur Seite ans Fenster! Duschgel nicht aufgefüllt - nach 1x Duschen leer. Safe funktioniert nicht - defekt Ein Balkonstuhl defekt Keine Reaktion seitens Vermieter Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort

− pas de service, la personne responsable pas atteignable au téléphone, se trouve en argentine!! 2 heures pour faire réparer la porte qui ne fermait pas. les chambres sont très mal entretenues: moisissures, taches d'humidité, propreté douteuse la salle de bain. pas de service durant l'occupation (4 nuits) ce qui devient problématique dans la mesure où le papier de wc doit être laissé dans la corbeille. très forte odeur d'humidité, pas de ventilation des chambres, uniquement ac. concept pour télétravailleurs nomades, pas pour le tourisme. accès pas aisé. plus de 100m de dénivelé+, route très raide. la piscine est partagée par tout le quartier.

− Nos alojamos en la habitación 8. Se escuchaban muchos ruidos de otros huéspedes. Hay que atravesar toda la habitación al salir del baño para llegar hasta el lava mano. Un poco sucio y falta de mantenimiento.
