I’m 90 years old and my wife is 87. We were so uncomfortable and disgusted when we saw the furniture in the unit. Your p

It was clean

− Futon bed not made. Guests expected to make own bed. No sheets fit. Seniors can’t sleep in bunk beds. No curtains on front door glass offering little privacy. No ice tray. Refrigerator so cold our cream and food froze overnight. No comfortable seating for relaxing or tv viewing. Asking to strip beds and start laundry was insulting. Street parking was hazardous and awkward with cars parked in both directions.
