− 床有跳蚤， 腳都被咬。晚上很吵還有房間隔音超級無敵差， 隔壁講話聽的一清二楚， 樓下夜市唱歌很吵， 電視上面的燈是壞掉的， 櫃檯說所有的房間都這樣
The hotel threw away my favourite shirt because it was slightly damp.
6.0Near to my event space at Horizon Hotel, the staff is really nice and kind.
− The sink broke so we have to rush to change to another room. I acidentally left my favourite shirt there and the hotel staff threw it away. they did not contact the owner of the room or check if the person staying there is still around. They took my shirt and they threw it way. They threw it away because it was slightly damp. I love that shirt and have been cherishing it for half a decade. It was my favourite shirt and i cannot get it anywhere anymore now that I have looked it up. I hope that the hotel checks if the person staying in the room is still at the location before disposing any belonging
