Die Lage war super und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich.

− -Die Fenster sind zwar zu, aber man hat alles von draussen gehört. Diese sind definitiv nicht dicht. -Ausserdem war das Waschbecken im grossen Bad verstopft und das Wasser flieste sehr langsam ab. - Keine Hacken für die Badetücher

O alojamento está muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metro da Diagonal e do Passeig de Gràcia. Está muito bem equipado, com todos os acessórios e eletrodomésticos necessários na cozinha, incluindo forno, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar loiça, máquina de lavar roupa e máquina de secar, todos a funcionar perfeitamente. É um apartamento espaçoso, confortável e muito prático, ideal para uma estadia agradável. Nada a apontar ao funcionário que nos recebeu.

− O que deixa um pouco a desejar é a limpeza, que poderia ser melhorada. Notam-se também alguns sinais de desgaste resultantes do uso do apartamento, que deveriam ser reparados para proporcionar uma estadia mais agradável. Além disso, as janelas não isolam devidamente o ruído exterior, pelo que se ouve bastante o barulho da rua, o que pode afeta o descanso.

Overall we enjoyed our stay as it is located in the busy area of barcelona. Worth the price.

The apartment is big and comfortable. Air condition is centralized and its very near to the public transportation and tourist spot.

− A bit old compared to the picture. Not so clean. We found a used tissue under the center table in the living room and hair on the wall in the shower. The electric fan is covered with dust. The drawer is also dusty and there is also hair.

Overall, it’s a spacious, light-filled, and authentically charming Catalan property in a great location, though let down

What You Liked (The Good) Character & Charm: A very traditional, authentic property true to Catalan character. Location: Great spot — peaceful and far enough from busy areas, but still close enough to easily get to all the main sites. Space & Comfort: Plenty of space for a family of 6, comfortable beds, and lots of seating options. Living Area AC: The air conditioning worked fine at the front of the house, which helped keep the rest of the space cool when bedroom doors were left open. Value for Money: Considering the price paid, it was overall an okay stay.

− Noisy Building Site: Active construction next door, with noisy hammer drilling starting at 8:00 AM every morning. Bedroom AC Broken: The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were not working. Cleanliness Issues: Dusty underneath the beds and sofa, plus kitchen flooring that needed a deep scrub. Bathroom Condition: Low shower pressure, wall tiles coming away, and a ceiling showing fresh plaster patches from a past leak. General Wear & Tear: Signs of tiredness throughout, including a rusty dishwasher and tarnished taps.

Glede na to, da smo praktično samo spali na lokaciji je nedelovanje klime pokvarilo vse.
