− החדר טחוב עם ריח של סיגריות. מתקנים לא מתוחזקים. מקלחון שבורים, עובש בתקרת המקלחת, מזון המיטה לא נח, מיטה נפתחת ולא תואמת למזרון. מדרגות העליה ללופה מסוכנות ולא תיקניות. שער המיגון למדרגות שבור ולא ממגן. מכונת אספרסו לא תקינה
Ładny apartament z balkonem w samym rynku i paroma niedoskonałościami
8.0Lokalizacja w samym rynku miasteczka co wiąże się zarówno ze wszystkimi plusami (restauracje, kawiarnie, parking) jak i minusami (hałas od rana, zwłaszcza z kawiarni na parterze). Bardzo ładny salon z wygodnym łóżkiem i balkon z widokiem na rynek. Niestety prysznic mocno zakamieniony, a aneks kuchenny zrobiony bardzo niskim nakładem pieniędzy i chyba parędziesiąt lat temu. Szklanki i patelnia brudne więc przed użyciem musiałem je umyć.
− Kabina prysznicowa mocno zakamieniona i wyglądająca na niedokładnie umytą. Aneks kuchenny na pewno do wymiany bo w obecnej formie bardzo odstaje na niekorzyść od reszty apartamentu. Wygląda staro i brzydko. Naczynia brudne. Strome schody do apartamentu mogą być utrudnieniem.
