− Le falta aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones y en verano agobia un poco ese dormitorio

− Extremadamente ruidoso!! El apartamento da a una plaza que por la noche hay mucho ruido por los bares porque las ventanas no son nada buenas. Pero lo peor es que la calle es extremadamente ruidosa y se oye absolutamente todo durante toda la noche. O se cambian las ventanas por unas muy buenas o no se puede dormir directamente

− Falta de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones porque solo había en salón y una de ellas

− Las camas hacen ruido y la puerta de la galería de la cocina roza en el suelo cuando la habres y la ventana del dormitorio no cierra
