8.0Piękna lokalizacja i widok z tarasu na Etnę, na tarasie duży stół i parasol. Położenie blisko wąwozu Alcantara, Taorminy.
− Małe kłopoty z instalacją wodną, ale przez 2 dni daliśmy radę:)

5.0The view of Etna from the balcony was great and the location in the medieval village was pretty nice.
− Firstly, the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working which was unbearable in August. The owner told us that the mechanics don’t work during the weekends and didn’t do anything about it. Secondly, which was even worse the tap in the kitchen wasn’t working - suddenly there was no water so we couldn’t wash the dishes after our meals. Also the water pressure in the toilet was very poor which was inconvenient. The facilities in the kitchen were also bad - there weren’t enough plates, cups, forks and knives so it was difficult to cook for the whole family. The apartment was supposed to be comfortable for 7 people, but it wasn’t. In the photos from the offer it looked like there were 3 separate rooms but it turned out we unfortunately needed to sleep on the couch in the kitchen, which was another drawback. The owner tried to help us and was responding to our messages, but his good will wasn’t enough, as the problems weren’t solved at all. All in all, I don’t recommend the place.

6.0La casa è molto grande e carina, al centro del paese e con una splendida vista sulla piana e sull'Etna. In teoria perfetta per ospitare un gruppo numeroso come il nostro o più famiglie. Vicina molto simpatica!
− Già dal primo giorno ci sono stati problemi con la pompa dell'acqua, che l'intermediario ha tentato di riparare senza fortuna. Capiamo che sia difficile trovare un idraulico sotto ferragosto ma noi siamo stati 4 giorni in 8 persone senza poter usare il secondo bagno o la cucina principale (per fare i piatti dovevamo fare due rampe di scale) e il proprietario non si è neanche offerto di dare un rimborso. Inoltre non funzionava il condizionatore al terzo piano e la serratura del bagno di sopra continuava a incastrarsi (ma questi sono inconvenienti minori). Peccato, perché altrimenti ci saremmo trovati bene, ma non lo consigliamo, se non altro per la mancanza di interesse del proprietario nel trovare una soluzione o un indennizzo.
