7.0Appartement de grande taille avec balcon, belle cuisine équipée. Pièces lumineuses. Emplacement calme.
− Pas de place de parking privative, difficile de se garer à Brunate.
Froze while sleeping.
8.0Good location. Comfortable for long stay. Coffee provided. Oven, microwave, fridge, stoves, iron, hairdryer.
− Very cold. Not enough blankets and the ones provided were not very warm.
When with car, avoid!
1.0The reviews.on the view were good. We did not have the chance to experience this..sadly
− This place is not okay by car. Only book when you are here by bus, taxi or tram. The road the apartment is located at, is only suited for small cars (type a). Our Kia Creed barely could go through this street. any other driver would have panicked. The two provided parking spaces were full at 1930, and nowhere in the village is parking to be found. we drive up and down the village multiple times. The Village had no real room to turn your car. streets are also not designed for two cars at the same time. The support of the house is a service that handles many apartments and could not pickup the phone for help. Also after a few times via WhatsApp the replies stopped. We booked at 1830, arrived at 1930 and at 2015 we gave up. No parking, no way to unload the car next to the house. The support offered to help with cancelation of the booking but never returned with information. So, this never ever happened to me before. decades of booking experience, also with same night booking in Italy. This place should make clear, that the surroundings do not offer parking spaces and thus should only be rented to guests that are there via another mode of transport.

4.0La vue du balcon et la réactivité de l’hôte et sa gentillesse
− L’accès à l’appartement est horrible en voiture voir super dangereux ! La wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement. La salle de est juste pas possible, prendre la douche avec le rideau qui nous colle à la peau… isolation inexistante, l’impression de dormir dehors.
