− Въобще не бяхме настанени. Бяхме таксувани. Все още чакам възстановяване на сумата. Анулираха резервацията в последния момент. Никой не отговаря на посочените телефон, имейл или чат. Адреса, който е посочен в Букинг е непълен. Въобще не съществува такова място за настаняване!

Location was good,Washing machine but no drier.

− I did not like the last minute change, l was on route to accommodation and had to go to another address instead,take or money back,not a good situation,l came from Brazil to London not easy for a last minute switch.

− Я заранее сообщила время приезда, попыталась связаться с хозяином, накануне и в день приезда ответа не было.В день приезда уже когда я прилетела в Лондон , получила письмо , что нужно отменить бронь, так как у него что то сломалось, пришлось срочно по более высокой цене и в совершенно другом районе снять апартаменты.

They asked me to cancel my reservation in the morning of my arrival with the excuse they have issues with their facilities. I wonder whether this is a common thing they do, definitely worth looking into it. Got my money back

Disappointing & inconvenient

The general building is nice.

− Where to start. The location/ check in check out: Be under no illusion, this property is a 10 minute walk north from Latimer Road station, more White City than Nottinghill. The location on the listing was completely misleading. At check in be sure to head to Wood Lane or white station because the KEY NEEDS TO BE COLLECTED FROM A SHOP!!! So you’ll waste time heading to Latimer Road to access the property. And when you check out… wait for it… the key has to go back to the shop. I was checking out on a Sunday, the shop doesn’t open until 9:00 so thankfully I didn’t have an early departure scheduled. The property: The property itself is cute, the bathroom was great, and the street is quiet. Don’t be fooled there’s no kitchenette, this isn’t a studio. It’s an en-suite double. The kitchen is shared. The TV is tiny, bed is old, rickety and uncomfortable and the pillows are wafer thin. The bed sheets were stained, and old and tatty. They also smelt like someone had slept in them. Shocking. Communication was dire. Yet another hugely disappointing, verging on scamming property in London. TLDR: Key collection & drop off is rubbish and inconvenient Host is virtually in reachable if there’s any issues Old tired bedding & bed Misleading property type & location
