7.0Veel ruimte. Hoewel het appartement aan een drukke weg, merk je daar niets van omdat de kamers aan de achterkant van het huis liggen.
− Dat de trappen geen trapleuningen hadden.

9.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnubg ist gut ausgestattet. Schön ist auch der Dachgarten, wenn man ihn über die Treppe erreicht hat.
− Die Treppen sind eng.
