9.0Sehr schöne, großzügige, moderne Wohnung im 5. Stock mit tollem Ausblick. Die Lage und die Entfernung zum Strand ist okay.
− Leider war keine Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden. Auch eine zweite Garnitur Hand- bzw. Badetücher wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Нас встретила очень приятная и ответственная девушка, которая занималась заселением. Квартира чистая, уютная и полностью оборудована для комфортного проживания. Есть всё необходимое: фен, две душевые комнаты с туалетами, а на кухне — полный набор посуды, кофемашина, тостер и всё, что может понадобиться. Мы отдыхали семьёй и остались очень довольны. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и рекомендуем это жильё другим гостям.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
10.0Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, komfortabel und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einer atemberaubenden Terrasse. Das Personal, insbesondere Kamila, war unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar, um Fragen zu beantworten. Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass eine Kaution von 200 Euro hinterlegt werden muss, die bei Rückgabe der Schlüssel erstattet wird. Die Lage der Wohnung war in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen anderen Appartements. Mit dem Taxi war sie in 10 Minuten gut erreichbar, und der Strand war nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Alicante ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die man gesehen haben muss. Benidorm, etwa eine Stunde mit dem Zug entfernt, ist ebenfalls sehenswert und bietet eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade mit atemberaubender Nachtbeleuchtung.
