− - Hard to find - Unable to see property address (as there were 2 Lodge by Yamanakako) - Comforters weren’t clean (had dog smell) - Futons had stain - Insects inside the house (Spiders and Rolly Polly…but it is a lodge so maybe expected?) - Chairs had stain - Carpet had stain - Blinds were dusty - Screendoor in the back was detached - Far from convenient stores - Need to rent a car as the bus line closes early

− 三井不動産レジデンシャルがやっていると書いてあったから、ちゃんとしていると思っていたら最悪でした。 布団や床には虫の死骸がいて スプーンやフォークのカトラリーには、汚れがついたまま。 サウナがついているから楽しみにしてたのに、 落ち葉やゴミだらけで全く使える状況ではなかったです。 せめて、ホースがあれば水で流せたけど流せない どうやってサウナを使うのか分からないから、恐らく一回も使われてないんだろうなという感じでした。 全く掃除されているとは思えない部屋でした。 WiFiも書いてあるパスワードが全く通らないので問い合わせてみると、部屋の冊子に書いてあるパスワードがそもそも間違ってました。問い合わせが敬語がままらない、つたない日本語のスタッフが対応してくれたけど、謝罪もなし！ 本当に三井不動産レジデンシャルの末端はこんなにずさんな管理なんですね I thought it would be reliable because it said it was managed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential, but it turned out to be terrible. There were dead insects on the futon and floor, and the spoons and forks were still dirty. I was looking forward to using the sauna, but it was completely unusable, filled with fallen leaves and trash. If there had at least been a hose, I could have rinsed it down, but there wasn’t one. I had no idea how we were even supposed to use the sauna, and it seemed like it had probably never been used at all. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The Wi-Fi password written down didn’t work at all, so I contacted them, only to find out that the password in the booklet was simply wrong. A staff member who could barely speak polite or proper Japanese handled my inquiry, but there was no apology whatsoever! Is the management at the lower levels of Mitsui Fudosan Residential really this sloppy?
