Very good and could be excellent with a few tweaks.
9.0− Non slip bath mat was needed. Garden table was filthy though indoor cleanliness was excellent. One of the single beds needs replacing as has large dip in the middle.
A comfortable stay
9.0Bromstone House was good, plenty of room and everything we needed to hand. Good choice of TV once we got the hang of it. Hot tub a bonus
− A bathmat is essential as far as we are concrned, bath very slippy. Traffic could be noisy in the rooms at the front of the bungalow
Nice little property, came for the hot tub but unfortuntely did not meet expectations, overall good stay.
7.0Location, size of property, stayed cool in the heat, rooms nicely decorated and outside private parking all a plus.
− Hot tub was too hot 42°, wouldnt go down. One toilet roll between two wasnt enough, coffee was stale and mattresses were very uncomfortable.
Super short break.
8.0Great detached bungalow - good size and nicely appointed. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the hot tub.

10.0The location was 8 minutes drive from beautiful Joss Bay. Local shops were a short drive away. Set in a nice quite location.
− I don't really have anything negative to say. If I wanted to be a 'Karen' I would have liked some sugar along with the tea and coffee and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. But honestly a really great stay, no real complaints
Disapointment
3.0The bed was stained, no information on bus times, pubs, restaurants. Absolutly nothing. No mat in the bath, one of us fell trying to get out. No handle by front door to. Help get up large step. We actually left a day early.
