Superb Apartments opposite Edgware Road Station

This was our third time staying with Super Apartments, and once again, we had a fantastic experience! Flat 14 on the 5th floor was absolutely immaculate. Everything we needed was available in the flat, and each room had air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The best part about this property is its excellent location, just a stone’s throw away from Edgware Road Station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Marble Arch, Oxford Street, and Hyde Park are all just a short walk away. Check-in was very smooth, and the team was always available to assist us whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend Super Apartments to anyone visiting London. We look forward to staying here again!

The location was amazing for exploring exploring London and the 9wners were so friendly and helpful and accommodating

− The blinds all need to be replaced, preferably with blackout options. They were missing many pieces which makes sleeping difficult for a family. As we visited during a heatwave the fans were just not powerful enough There was little or no cutlery in the kitchen

Bien comunicado. Justo enfrente tiene una estación de metro (pero nosotros no la usamos). Cerca hay paradas de bus que te conectan con todo entre 30’ y 1h y justo enfrente también está en supermercado M&S.

− Está muy deteriorado, necesita un poco de mantenimiento y conservación. Pocos utensilios, paredes y suelo sucios y las camas INCOMODÍSIMAS!!!

− Absolutely APPALLING. I genuinely don’t know how this accommodation is allowed to be advertised, never mind have families staying there. We stayed for 3 nights and the whole experience was completely unacceptable. When we first arrived, we were grateful that we were allowed to drop our bags off early. However, when we returned later, we found the front door wide open with all of our personal belongings inside. The complete lack of security was shocking. What made this even worse was that throughout our stay, particularly at night, groups of people repeatedly came to the door and tried to unlock/open it. We had no idea who these people were or why they were attempting to access our accommodation. After already finding our door left wide open with our belongings inside, this was incredibly unsettling and made us feel extremely unsafe, especially with children staying with us. Then we actually saw the state of the flat. The cleanliness was DISGUSTING. The bedding had black marks all over it, the walls were filthy and scruffy, and the bathroom was absolutely minging, with mould all over the shower. The shower door was literally hanging off and could have seriously injured one of the children. The shower itself was practically unusable. The drain blocked almost immediately as soon as the water was turned on, and the whole flat absolutely REEKED of a foul smell. The bathroom was so dirty that we refused to put the children in the shower and had to wash them in the sink instead. Absolutely unacceptable. The kitchen was just as bad from a maintenance point of view, with the appliances not working apart from the microwave. And then there were the WINDOWS. The child locks were broken, meaning the windows could open fully. With children staying in the flat, this was an incredibly dangerous situation. A child could easily have gone to the window and fallen out. This is not something that should EVER be overlooked in family accommodation.
