The place is really beautiful. I loved the amount of space i got, which is amazing.

− There were a lot of things broken. And the pool wasn't open even tho it said it would be.

Comfortable and convenient!

Great location! The property is located in a very quiet area but is close to restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen also had a good selection of dishes and utensils. The host was responsive and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. The check-in/out process was easy as well. I would stay here again!

− One of the rooms had an a/c unit that was making rattling/clanking noises. We didn’t report it at the time because we were checking out in a day and the unit was still working. Front door of the unit was a little hard to find even with the detailed instructions, but some of that was likely because we arrived when it was dark.

An Ideal Retreat: Clean, Comfortable, and Conveniently Located

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was both safe and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of having Safeway just 1.5 miles away, along with several good dining places within 2-3 miles, was an added bonus. The house was well-equipped with modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, digital key access, an LED TV, and a shared coin laundry. The Apt. has a deck that overlooks a swimming pool, offering a relaxing and scenic spot to unwind.

− The house lacked central air conditioning, and the window-mounted AC units in each room were noisy, which led some of us to turn them off while others resorted to using ear plugs. Some minor amenities were missing such as there was no hand soap in the bathroom, no dishwasher detergent, an no Kleenex paper tissue. Furthermore, TV remote control didn't work, the bathroom sink drained slowly, and the carpet in the main area had a noticeable stain.

The amount of space was awesome. It was clean as well.

− The lack of communication with the owner. I couldn't get help with the Internet but I did get "in trouble" for having family.

Highly recommendable for families

Great place! Highly recommendable for families who want to stay in Spokane. Good location - close to supermarket, some restaurants, not very close to downtown -though, simply accessible with car or taxi. Very peaceful - fantastic view to the forest, with pines and squirrels :-) Very clean, very spacious. Kitchen with all the needed amenities for a family. Good wi-fi for remote work. Great support from the Property Administrator to manage my reservation.

− The only thing I would recommend to improve: we had a bit of trouble to locate the unit number (as the signs in the parking lot show different numbers) ;-)
