House has potential, cleanliness really an issue.
7.0− The house was not very clean. The downstairs bedroom had obviously had pets in it as it still smelt of dog. If you are going to be pet friendly cleaning needs to be deep cleaning every time. The floor was very dusty and windows not clean.

A quiet location nestled amongst the trees and close to the local township and great wineries.
7.0The fireplace was very cosy and warmed up the house well and there was plenty of firewood available to use. The kitchen was very well equipped and the backyard/outdoor entertainment areas looked great, however were unusable due to the cold/wet conditions!
− There was no ensuite for the main bedroom and the second shower located near the downstairs laundry was very old/dark and unusable. There were no curtains on the front windows/only sheers.
