Beautiful, Charming and Tranquilg
10.0It was beautiful and the right amount of space! We loved the fact it’s tucked away at the top of the hill, making it very quiet but also beautiful to look down at the town!
− Not really the properties / owners fault, but parking is a bit difficult as there is no parking outside, but honestly didn’t impact our stay - 1 min walk
Loved my stay mainly for tranquility (as I was rather unwell and needed peace to recuperate), loved the view, and the pr
8.0The tranquil location with its wonderful view, the simple comfort of the modern interior, the simple succinct information folder with the most important information in it, the lack of clutter, the comfort of the beds and cotton bedding (for summer coolness). General ambience and quietness from either side. The very thoughtful small touches, such as small packets of biscuits left out, and one or two basic cooking ingredients available. Kitchen equipment good, although another microwave dish or two would have been helpful.
− The lack of instructions for central heating thermostat, oven and items generally. The noisy boiler in one of the bedrooms which disturbed the occupant when it fired up periodically during the night. The frosted-glass-paned bedroom doors. The loo cistern flush which got stuck in the flush position disturbing others at night with water running continuously until somebody got up to resolve the issue (reported). The darkness in the hallway at night, so impossible to go to the loo without turning on lights which then shone through into the other bedroom and disturbed the occupant (suggestion made to provide small low-voltage PIR night lights). Main bedroom door didn’t close properly (needs some planing down and easing). The toaster partially broken (reported).
Lovely place, beautiful setting.

Excellent weekend away in Malvern
10.0Such a clean well maintained property. The facilities are excellent and the views are stunning. I will definitely be back and telling friends and family.
− Absolutely nothing
Couldn't be in a more perfect location.
8.0Excellent location. Property well laid out. Outstanding views. Cleaned to a good standard. Communication was prompt.
− These comments are only minor niggles, and if rectified, would have made our stay perfect. They would not stop us coming again. Would have loved a bigger bed, but I suppose it's what you're used to. Bread knife needs sharpening. Obscured glass in both bedroom doors which runs the full length. Shower underpowered.
