− The unit was hot and stuffy. Needs ceilling fans. Has a stale smell. Also the elevator was out of order. We were on the 4 th floor. My husband is 80 yrs old. We had 85 stairs steps from the parking lot to our unit

− The parking and construction
Just stay in a hotel, u will actually get help when needed.
2.0Steamboat was an amazing town.
− The staff was unresponsive and not helpful. We never received a key to the building and was instructed to break in by prying the door to the condominium open. Residents were not happy with us. When booking I was never informed about heavy construction going on at the condominium rebuilding there parking garage. My wife and I had to park a 1/4 mile away from the building which we had to pay an additional $16 a day. I am 3 weeks out of cancer removal surgery and was planning on using a Handicap parking space but that wasn't an option. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty of the condition of the building. Heavy construction continued outside our windows at 6am each day during our stay. Overall for the price I was very disappointed and will stay in a hotel from now on.
