9.0la posizione centrale ottimale per girare la città, a 2 passi dal parcheggio a pagamento e poco più distante da quello libero. Appartamento molto bello, su 2 piani, fornito di condizionatori nelle stanze e la cucina ben attrezzata di stoviglie. Da tornarci volentieri...
− situato all'ultimo piano con scala esterna: portare una valigia pesante potrebbe essere un pò difficoltoso, e non adatto a chi ha disabilità motoria. Nella sala c'è un ventilatore che un pò aiuta ma il caldo si sente e le tende non oscurano la luce che entra la mattina presto, quindi per chi deve dormire sul divano letto in sala è disagevole.
Mitten in Viterbo und dennoch absolut ruhig
10.0Diese Unterkunft ist für jeden der die wirklich sehenswerte Stadt Viterbo erkunden möchte auf alle Fälle sehr zu empfehlen. Sie gehen einfach die 57 Stufen vom Appartement hinunter und sind praktisch mitten in der Stadt. Wer mit einem Fahrzeug unterwegs ist, kann dieses nicht direkt am Haus parken. Jedoch ist es möglich das Gepäck zu entladen bzw. Zu beladen. Hier gilt es jedoch auch zu beachten, dass die Straße „nur“ zu bestimmten Zeiten befahren werden darf. Paola ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen.

9.0市内中心部でロケーションはとても良かった。中世の建物で雰囲気がある。アパートはとても広く、暖房設備もあり、さらにエアコンが設置されているので、部屋の温度も快適だった。お湯もちゃんと出るし、必要なものは全てあった。オーナーさんは質問などにもすぐに答えてくれ、チェックアウトの日に数時間荷物も預かってくれた。 全体的にとても良い滞在だった。朝食はついていないが、キッチンにコーヒーやハーブティーなどは置いてあるし、近くにバールやピザ屋、レストラン、スーパーなどもあるので困ることはないと思う。
− よくない点ではないが、建物が昔ながらの石造りでエレベーターがない。アパートは最上階なので足が不自由だったり荷物が多い人にはあまり向いていないかもしれない。階段も石造りなので雨の日などは滑らないように注意。
