− There was no electricity for 90 mins after arrival. The boiler was broken so no heating or hot water. It was a very cold weekend and as a result, we had to find alternative accommodation. We had my 86 year old mother in law with us so I feel it was an absolute disgrace that we had no heating or hot water. Vacant nests seemed not to care about our situation at all. No support given to us in terms of finding alternative accommodation. To date I have received no refund and I will be seeking independent legal advice to ascertain my standing as the contract was not fulfilled
Very good place to live and have 4 bedrooms to stay very comfortable

− Only Box keys not easy to get in house,might be we do the wrong passcode we staying front door very long time

8.0Easy access to the metro. 25minute walk from the GNR finish.
− Just a couple of little niggles, no plug or bowl for the kitchen sink. Not enough towels but that was sorted quickly when i sent a message.
