10.0Audentisch direkt an Hafen und Wasser. Bestens betreut durch eine ältere Dame. Balkon für 2 Personen aber dafür mehrere. In die Altstadt 30min und zum Strand 10 zu Fuß. Es empfielt sich den einzigen PKW Stellplatz im Innenbereich mit zu buchen.

10.0Sehr nette kleine gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit süssem kleinen Balkon und romantischer Aussicht auf den Kanal, die Fischerboote und das Meer. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ruhige und tolle Lage mit typischem italienischen Flair. Parkplatz für Auto im Hof. Altstadt von Chioggia sowie Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

10.0Posizione perfetta, a nord di Sottomarina, affacciata sulla laguna (impagabile la vista dal terrazzino al tramonto...) Struttura rimessa a nuovo da poco, con tutti i comfort, mantiene il fascino delle case di una volta... Disponibile a pagamento il parcheggio nel cortile interno...
− Conoscevamo la zona, per cui quello che per alcuni potrebbe essere un problema, cioè non essere al centro della "movida", per noi è un plus...
Bellissimo appartamento in posizione fantastica. Dal balcone si può ammirare la laguna ed un fantastico tramonto
