10.0Super cute place, quiet, clean, deer walking around the neighborhood, fire pit, easy entry, big sitting area in the back yard, tons of games to choose from, little free library across the street, comfortable bed, Alexa, record player with records, bar area, coffee maker with coffee pods to choose from, peacocks 🦚

Great home away from home.
9.0Big backyard, no grass-rocky soil in the hill country. They had a fire-pit too. Nice bed and several TVs. Fully stocked kitchen and a big bathroom. We were close to downtown with lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet location.
− We had trouble getting TVs to work but figured out wifi needed a reset. The ac in our bedroom didn’t work.
Great location if you are visiting your Texas State student. Fully stocked kitchen- I was able to cook my student/so

− I would have someone turn on A/C prior to guest arrival as it took time to cool the home.
Great location especially if you are attending a Texas State U event!! We were in San Marcos from WA and OR for a family
10.0Easy to get to, perfect for what we needed, had everything. Large back yard which was fantastic for our mini family reunion of 15 people!
