Perfect Location, Disappointing Stay

The apartment looks just like the pictures so your expectations are met. The location is perfect, 5-7 min from a beautiful beach with nice views and right next to the supermarket which was great. We caught some amazing sunsets on this beach and there is a cute tavern right on the beach for romantic evenings, but know that you need a reservation. The town is small and quiet perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful stay. Pros: a nice terrace, a parking spot inside the yard and air con in the rooms, there’s 2 umbrellas you are allowed to borrow for the beach which were really helpful. The location was clean when we arrived and we were allowed to check in late as our flight arrived only in the evening.

− Unfortunately, even with all the pros, I cannot give this location a good review because so many basic things were missing. Cons: The first location we ever stayed at where our room was never cleaned in a 7 night stay, our towels were never changed, bed was never changed, bins were never emptied, we didn’t even have hand soap or a full roll of toilet paper. That being the basic things that were missing,but the list goes on: there was also not even 1 drop of dishwashing liquid or bin bags, no hairdryer and no coffee machine. (With these you can call me entitled if you wish.) The bed is really uncomfortable and the pillows must be as old as me, because they were smelly, clumpy and dirty Also, the location is for an apartment with 2 bedrooms but one of the rooms was locked. We have different preferences in terms of air con in the night, my partner can’t sleep without it, I can’t sleep with it so having 2 rooms was actually the”perk” we were looking for. It says no where in the list that 2 people will only book a room, the listing is for the entire apartment, so I can basically said we did not receive what we paid for. Honestly, if the hand wash, toilet paper and clean towels were not missing, I wouldn’t have even bothered complaining, but when your basic needs are not met, everything else becomes more irritable than it would normally be. Also the host doesn’t speak English at all, and even though I always only reply in English and said I don’t speak Italian, for some reason, She was still expecting me to speak and understand Italian when we first met. Hope this helps someone in making a good decision for themselves, it is definitely not for everyone; if we knew all these things we would have understood it is not the right place for us as light travelers who only sleep at the rental location and spend their days visiting as much as they can and actually vacationing.

Luciana è stata molto disponibile . Casa molto pulita ed accogliente. La casa si trova in un punto strategico tra spiaggia e sulla via principale . Consigliatissimo.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la côte nord est de la Sardaigne. A 6-7 min à pied de la plage où les enfants ont pu faire du snorkeling et à même pas 100 m du supermarché. Je recommande vraiment.

La posizione è comoda sia al mare che al paese anche se non ancora completata L urbanizzazione delle strade .

Appartamento dotato di lavatrice, aria condizionata , microonde. Presente anche un barbecue nello spazio esterno. Molto carino il piccolo balcone

− Il letto matrimoniale e i cuscini della camera per 2 persone purtroppo non erano affatto comodi

Great location. If you want to live like at home, be close to the sea, live close to a grocery store, eat at home - you need to go here. Cafes and restaurants are close to the house. The house is in a quiet place. The bus stop to the airport is nearby. There is an information center for tourists on the main street. The house has air conditioning, which is great on hot days. Luciana is a very hospitable hostess. We had a great time. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to our friends.
