An excellent stay with immediate conveniences steps outside the door!
8.0We loved the proximity to the center. You could arrive anywhere within minutes. We appreciated that the property had an AC unit. During part of our stay Spoleto faced a heatwave. The AC was a big, big help in providing comfort and quality of sleep. We also like Francesco’s warm demeanor and attentiveness in providing excellent communication and genuine concern for our well being.

9.0l’appartamento è caratteristico con volte, arredi in stile e soppalco in legno ma ben servita. Nonostante il caldo (38gradi) e nonostante la mancanza dell’aria condizionata quando siamo entrati nell’appartamento abbiamo avuto la piacevole sensazione di fresco. Un sano fresco che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la notte. Host disponibilissimo e molto gentile.
