9.0فندق تديره عائلة محترمة، ولكن إذا غابت المديرة وكان السوري في المكان، فيتعطل كل خدمات النزلاء
− الغرفة تحتاج إلى صيانة خاصة المطبخ، وكذلك زيادة عدد الأفياش، السوري الموجود في الإستقبال يحتاج إستبداله، لأنه لم يلبي أي طلب لنا، وكان يجلس يتناول القهوة مع أصدقائه، لا أعتقد أني سأعود لأسكن هناك مرة أخرى

10.0ماشاء الله .. مكان جميل وهادي ونظيف وتعامل اصحاب المكان والعاملين هناك قمه في الاحترام والرقي. اسعارهم جداً ممتازه الشقه واسعه ومريحه يتوفر بها جميع مايحتاجه الزائر مثل اغراض المطبخ وغساله الملابس. انصح بالتعامل معهم .

10.0Отличный отель, всё чисто и аккуратно! Очень уютно. Очень большой номер , балкон и того больше, вид на горы., индивидуальный запасный выход с номера. В ванной термальная вода, сама ванная очень большая. На улице довольно прохладно в мае и в отеле все еще есть отопление , на этот период это уже редкость, но благодаря наличию окон и балконов вообще не жарко! До термальных бань пять минут пешком. Отель пришелся по душе. Очень хочется вернуться сюда еще.

10.0Идеальное расположение в центре, в апартаментах было все необходимое и даже больше, очень тепло даже зимой, большая площадь. Очень чисто и красиво
