5.0Caravan looked nothing like the picture and communication about how to upgrade to decking was poor resulting in us not having anywhere safe for toddler to run around
− the caravan was acceptable just not what I thought we had booked

6.0Location and facilities were good
− Caravans can be improved. Sofa beds were a little uncomfortable. The toilet was a little dirty. Bedding wasn't available for the sofa bed. The other guests were noisy as I found a juice spill on my parked car from the other caravan kitchen side. The young people around were drunk and found outside of the caravan late at night.

10.0The chalet was a good size, decent furniture, lovely clean bedding.
− I would have liked a safety mat for the bath, a bath mat for stepping out of the bath, a hand towel & 2 loo rolls.
Great location , weather terrific but completely spoiled by lack of on-site food outlets !
7.0Hot tub was great !
− No eating facilities on site - restaurant not serving meals , pizza wagon closed , fish and chip shop closed ! Staff not very sympathetic - advised we walk into town for a takeaway !
