10.0Location was great. Adults and kids mountain biking close by. The house had 3 generous bedrooms and 2 living areas. The home came equipped with everything you need. Was great.

− Central heating & cooling not working which made the 2nd living area extremely hot. The games/lounge room due to the other lounges split system not making it into the other lounge. We spent a bit of time in that room playing table tennis

9.0Location and overall layout of the house. Well catered for in terms of holiday home and kids loved the table tennis... Great catering for mountain bike enthusiasts.
− The only complaint was that the master king bed mattress was hard...

− The hot water ran out on the last night and the instructions to change the bottle didn't match the diagram on the bottle.

8.0We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the toys and books, which kept them happily entertained. The place had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. The only thing we missed was a rice cooker, but everything else was well thought out and provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
