− Headline: NIGHTMARE APARTMENT! Disgusting hygiene, broken toilet and dangerous fixtures. > Review: > The hygienic and structural conditions of this apartment are absolutely unacceptable. Here is what we faced: > * Broken Toilet: The toilet was completely broken, with detached pieces of material around the flush/drain area and a shattered toilet seat. > * Severe structural issues: A door handle detached completely, risking locking us inside. The bathroom tap handle literally came off in our hands when we tried to open it. > * Disgusting bathroom: Water was leaking heavily from the ceiling, soaking into the wooden structure and dripping a foul, yellowish liquid onto the floor. > * Filthy linens: Upon arrival, the bedsheets were stained with blood and other strange yellowish marks. We asked for clean sheets; they brought them quickly, but they were also stained and covered in hairs. > * Broken amenities & Fake cleaning: We tried to wash them ourselves, but the washing machine was broken. On the second day, someone came to "clean" and fix the machine, but they made it worse: they just smeared the dirt all over the glass, cleaned only a tiny square of the house, and the washing machine still didn't work. > When we requested a cancellation and refund due to these awful conditions, the host flat out refused to cooperate. − The apartment was a total disaster! Do not book this apartment...Everything was so dirty and full of mold, apartment was not cleaned and it smells so bad, we could not stay there and our vacation was completly ruined...We immediately left the apartment due to the unhygienic conditions. Still fighting for a refund with booking, they give us 75e of bonus as an apologise for this even we payd 790e...Do not go to this apartment. Do not make same mistake as I did because you will end up on a street...Booking will not cover your alternative accommodation...Please avoid this place!!!

− I strongly advise extreme caution with this accommodation. I arrived in Malta with a valid and confirmed reservation, only to discover that the key box was empty and there was no way to access the apartment. After travelling and arriving at the property, it was absolutely unacceptable to find myself locked out without any immediate solution. As a result, I had to urgently arrange alternative accommodation on my own, which caused unnecessary stress, uncertainty, disruption to my plans, and additional complications. Communication from the owner throughout the entire situation was extremely poor and, in my view, unacceptable. In a situation like this, any guest would reasonably expect at least an active effort to resolve the issue, provide information, or show basic concern for the guest’s wellbeing. None of that happened. Throughout the entire incident, the owner did not even make the effort to contact me to ask whether I was okay, whether I had managed to find alternative accommodation, or whether I needed any assistance. I consider this approach completely unprofessional and lacking basic human consideration, especially when a guest has been left without accommodation in a foreign country. Booking.com later confirmed to me in writing that the original accommodation was unable to host me. This was not a minor inconvenience or a cosmetic issue. It was a complete failure to provide the most basic service that had already been properly booked and confirmed. For any traveller, especially after arriving in a foreign country, this kind of situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about reliability, organisation, and the treatment of guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
