7.0Very large cabin with nice pool and dining area, with a rooftop balcony for stargazing and the stars were really beautiful on a clear night sky. The staff were also on site and easy enough to get a hold of.
− The hot water for showering was not consistent, and the staff also could not resolve the issue on the day of our stay. Water was hot and cold and only cold from the second person showering onwards. The toilet had alot of pebbles lining the floor. It looks nice but can trap alot of dirt and even grow algae and breed other pests if not cleaned properly. Suggest to remove and keep a plain floor.
Kintamani is great. Book another hotel.

− Dirty, the place smelled of manure, and there were a billion flies. Big cockroaches in the cabin, and snails everywhere. The electricity went several times. The road leading to the cabin was so destroyed that normal cars hardly could drive there. Having to walk the road to the only “restaurant” in the city was dangerous as a weird guy was lurking and attacked my daughter. And the hotel rented out our room twice so the first night we didn’t even get the room we paid for.
