5.0La céntrica situación y que estaba muy limpio.
− No es un duplex como se indica.Tienes derecho a azotea privada pero hay que subir por la escalera del edificio. La "azotea "esta desatrada sin ningún encanto. El portal sucio y huele a alcantarilla muchísimo. Tercero sin ascensor. La casa tiene que hacer alguna mejora ( sofa, ducha, barandilla del balcón...).
