− The area is a little sketchy. Homeless camp right next door.
Okay, but would be cautious staying here, even the staff seemed a little scared. Office is closed at 8 pm

− Near homeless site. No breakfast, ice machine, and bed was about 2 feet off the floor

6.0− The bed was very low to the ground and I m pretty sure it (the framing) was broken in a few places. It was terribly uncomfortable. I didn't get any rest at all.

− The hallway was dirty and never seemed to get cleaned. Also the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
