My second visit to hotel could have been more peaceful always room for improvement
7.0Excellent position great view across the Clyde looking over to Arran .. nice foyer in hotel .. Dining room and bars are beautiful and comfortable,
− Pool and changing rooms were a bit run down although being upgraded ! Building works going on that was very noisy particularly annoying while trying to enjoy a peaceful few days sitting outside . I was not informed these works were going on whilst booking and was available to see online .. I asked several times to order a soda water and lime .. lime was out of stock for purchase entire stay .
