− No hay productos de limpieza mucho calor ñ- tuvimos que pagar por el aire acondicionador y solo lo tenian en una habiracion. El resto hacia calor

7.0− J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement à Oujda en plein hiver, période durant laquelle il fait très froid. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul climatiseur dans tout l’appartement, situé dans la chambre, et qu’il était en plus dépourvu de télécommande. La propriétaire m’a indiqué que les précédents locataires avaient grillé le moteur. Le lendemain, souffrant du froid, j’ai insisté pour qu’une réparation soit effectuée. Un technicien est intervenu, mais après quelques minutes sans réel changement : le climatiseur fonctionnait avec un débit d’air très limité, donc un chauffage insuffisant. Cela constitue un point négatif important du logement. En revanche, mis à part ce problème de chauffage, le reste de l’appartement était satisfaisant.
