4.0− Es ist wohl schwer in Sachen Hotel/Gastronomie - eine auch gesellschaftliche Entwicklung. Auch Personalmangel und hohe Betreiberkosten sind bekannt. Aber trotzdem könnte man vielleicht sehr viel mit Herzblut und Liebe zum Job ausgleichen ..., wenn man eben selbst bereit wäre Mängel zu erkennen und diese abzustellen.

Der Familie, die diese Gaststätte/das Hotel bewirtschaftet, bin ich sehr dankbar.

− Das Bettlaken war m.M.n. sehr dünn. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr gut gewesen.
