9.0The apartment is close to the famous surf spot Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas. The host is genuinely interested in your enjoyment of your stay. We even had a welcoming bottle of wine 🍷

8.0Cada apartamento é gerenciado por pessoas diferentes. O que ficamos estava recém reformado, bastante aconchegante e com excelente cama. A única coisa que atrapalhou um pouco foi o ralo do chuveiro ser de pouca vazão ou então estar meio entupido. A anfitriã, Vanessa, foi atenciosa e disse que foram ao quarto em nossa ausência (nós autorizamos) para consertar, mas continuou enchendo o box, de forma que tínhamos que interromper o banho, esperar a água baixar, para finalizar o banho. O prédio, como todo precisa de reforma. Sinais claros de deterioração por falta de manutenção.
