10.0It is a small quiet property close-ish to the Lake. The staff were excellent and very helpful!! The design of the hotel is very picturesque and “Instagram worthy”. The mood setting of the hotel is a great choice for those looking for a slower pace of life to rest and relax. The breakfast we had every morning was absolutely delicious (like a mini omakase with a choice of a chosen main)and what we looked forward to every morning. There was afternoon tea as well but we never got to try it.
− Lights were a little dim and the room that I got had one super bright light right above our heads and would shine right into our eyes when we laid down. We felt a little insecure because the room locks were just using a key and the door felt like it was easy to break in. However, the compound is very small, and there is a gated front gate that needs a key card to tap in.

10.0An absolutely exceptional boutique hotel experience. Every aspect of Anyu feels deeply intentional — from the interior design, lighting, amenities, tea service, and desserts, to the overall atmosphere of calm luxury and attention to detail. You can instantly feel that this is not a generic luxury hotel, but a truly niche property created with immense care and taste. What made our stay unforgettable, however, was the people. The hotel manager, Steven, made us feel less like guests and more like close friends visiting his home — and he achieved that within just one day of our stay. Every question or request we had was handled effortlessly and gracefully. During our stay I unfortunately injured my foot, and Steven personally accompanied me to the hospital to help us navigate everything. By the time we returned, most nearby restaurants had already closed, but he still managed to organize delicious takeaway food for us, beautifully served inside the hotel. He even stayed with us and kept us company through what had become a very difficult day. That level of genuine hospitality is incredibly rare. Anyu is one of those places that stays in your memory long after checkout — not only because of the beautiful design and quality, but because of how warmly and sincerely they care for their guests.
