9.0Location, parking, staff always smiling and courteous. Clean room and reasonable breakfast.
− Mattress too soft we end up sliping on the floors at times to straiten our backs. Couldn't make use of the balcony or leave window open due to no privacy...next door building had window facing our room.
Good Location, Friendly Staffs, Entrance lobby looks cleans and good, room was very poorly maintained specially the bed

− Torn pillow covers and bedsheet, stains on the covers, Split AC was very loud, Toilet accessories were old.

6.0The staff, the location. Ever smiling and helpful staff is the biggest plus for this hotel. If it was not for them, our stay would have been terrible.
− Very low value for money; rooms are very small, beds need replacing, so also ACs which barely work. Drinking water is scarce but yes it is provided every time you ask. The property is old and so designed that improvements/ upgrades will not be easy. I also think my refund was not correctly calculated when i revised length of my stay.
