9.0Le personnel est très agréable et avec de bon conseil, ils sont vraiment la pour vous ! La chambre est plus que correct et un balcon spacieux avec une superbe vue. Je recommande !
− Si je devais dire une chose négative c’est pas vraiment à cause de l’établissement mais sécher ses vêtements est un vrai challenge. Pensez à prendre des vêtements de pluie !

9.0Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Tortuguero et disposant d'un dock. Très grande terrasse privative avec vue imprenable sur la lagune et son activité. Probablement le meilleur emplacement de Tortuguero de ce point de vue! Coin cuisine dans la chambre + vaisselle. Frigo et cafetière (avec café) sur la terrasse.
− L'espace lavabo est très petit dans la salle de bain et l'espace rangement également limité dans la chambre pour 2 personnes. Mais ces défauts sont largement compensés par les autres avantages !

Lovely relaxing stay in clean and comfortable room with great views
9.0Lovely property close to all restaurants, shops, bars and tourist attraction meeting points. Didn’t buy parking at Il Pavona in advance - just arrived and were shown where to park and paid for our return boat trip which dropped us off directly outside the hotel. We had a lovely room for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens with the double bed on mezzanine having a lovely view of the river. Property very clean (did smell of bleach on arrival !) bathroom good size and large fridge was in the room too. Staff were very friendly although as connected with tour company was a slight push to purchase tours which I had pre booked before arrival but no issue when I explained this. Despite request to bring payment in cash - pretty ,much all of Tortuguero card can be used. Had a lovely staff here and would definitely recommend staying here plus turtle tour and canal canoe trip would also recommend
