− 2 toilets located on 2 levels, chicken in the basement, not ready to use the refrigerator and not enough space in the chicken. Finally the not functioning of the flushing in one of the toilets.

− I specifically paid for a room with 1 king & 2 bunks, description said had full kitchen and BBQ. Got 1 room with double bed & kitchen 4 stories down. Pool view was looking down at dirty blow up above ground pool. 1 person slept in small bed other slept on couch there was a hot pot, but had to put on floor to reach outlet, no cups for hot water in plastic cups. Had big bottle of water that was opened
