1.0La verdad que con la experiencia que tuvimos no pudimos apreciar nada. No recomendamos este lugar a nadie. Venimos viajando hace un mes por Brasil, nos hemos hospedado en muchos lugares, y no nos habíamos encontrado con esto.
− La publicidad falsa de las fotos publicadas y el acceso a instalaciones que no estaban en funcionamiento. No estaba habilitada la piscina (agua verde oscura, mugre, sapos) y el patio parecía abandonado. En las fotos se veía el lugar como fue en su inauguración seguramente, pero parece que ha pasado tiempo y no existen ni los murales, ni la piscina en buen estado, ni reposteras, etc. Nuestro chalet parecía desgastado, incluso el patio interno, estaba todo amontonado. Las sábanas todas manchadas, los toallones llenos de pelo, salía mucho olor a gas de la garrafa y el ruido de la gente limpiando a la mañana fue insoportable. El dueño no dio respuesta cuando le manifestamos que elegimos este lugar por la piscina, sino hubiésemos buscado otro lugar. Tampoco responde los mensajes cuando le pedimos un comprobante de pago. Fue mucha la desidia y falta de atención, la chica que limpiaba tuvo que poner la cara por él.
