10.0Da kann man nichts wirklich kritisieren. Eine kleine Utopie mitten in der Stadt. Very nice. Unkompliziert, alles was man braucht, nettes Raumkonzept.
− Zwar klimatisiert, aber ohne eigenen Zugriff? Keine Erklärung, keine Betriebsanleitung. War am heißesten Wochenende des Jahres zu Gast (40Grad) und gerade oben in der Schlafkoje war es dennoch sehr, sehr heiß. Fand nur displays die 20 Grad anzeigen aber sicher nicht der Realität entsprechen??

9.0Walter is an exceptional host — responsive, proactive and genuinely committed to his guests’ comfort. When our cooling system broke down during a heatwave, he sourced fans on a Sunday, opened the skylights for better airflow, and had a technician repair the fault — all within the same day. The apartments are well-equipped with a washing machine, smart TV, good WiFi, and a convenient key-safe for self check-in. The location is excellent — walking distance from Rathausplatz, restaurants, and the city centre. Great value for a family.
− No toiletries provided — it would have been a nice touch to have basic supplies like shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent, especially for longer stays. Guests should note these are self-catering apartments so come prepared. The cooling system also had a fault during our stay, though to Walter’s credit he resolved it promptly and with great initiative.
