2.0en general el hotel es extremadamente costoso considerando los servicios recibidos y la condicion general del hotel, los senderos carecen de iluminacion adecuada y puede ocurrir un accidente severo. la cena de mariscos me produjo diarrea, el desayuno es muy pobre, los vasos sucios y todo medido a la minima, no hay agua caliente, la puerta de la habitacion con las cerraduras destruidas, el vidrio de la habitacion seguramente roto en el oasado fue reemplazado por un pedazo de triplex y por este desastre pague mas de 1 millon de pesos por una noche.Este hotel por $200,000 noche esccostoso debido a los pesimos servicios y pobre condicion del establecimiento

− La calidad del hotel bajó mucho, las instalaciones están muy deterioradas respecto a hace unos años y la atención del personal no fue muy buena.

− Esta en muy mal estado. La piscina tiene tabletas sueltas. Los camknos esta. Abandonados. Todo como si fuera un hotel abandonado
se presentaron novedades que menciono para que tomen los correctivos pero el sitio es hermoso

− la comida, el almuerzo no estaba fresco el sancocho sabia agrio , esto fue manifestado en el mismo momento que se estaba consumiendo. se presentaron novedades con el jacuzzi por lo cual autorizaron el cambio de cuarto, al que nos pasaron solucionado la temperatura pero no funcionaban los 2 circuitos del movimiento de agua, se nota que se preocupaban por las novedades y hasta nos brindaron un vino de cortesía por las novedades pero si deben verificar que todo funcione antes de alquilar
