Unreliable Host.
1.0− The property was TRIPLE booked! We arrived at the property, to find other people staying. The Host advised that the property had been triple booked, and had received 3 times the one night stay BUT did not appear to try to determine the reason why she had received 3 times the usual one night stay prior to her guests arriving - and hence we arrive for our one night accommodation to attend a wedding - and NO ACCOMMODATION. If the Host recognised there was an irregularity with the bookings, I believe as a responsible Host, she should have further investigated and provided communication with her guests PRIOR to their arrival. Te Aroha is a very small rural town, and there are not a lot of options to stay elsewhere. According to a local resident, this is not the first time this property has been double booked, and people needed to try to find other accommodations! NOT IMPRESSED!

9.0Very handy location, walking distance to nice cafes, restaurants, shopping. We especially liked the mountain climbing and hotspring spa.
− The only thing - if one wants longer stay, there's no drier or washing machine, nor clothes hanging. We were a group of 6 people, some of us did say they'd appreciate if there's clothes washing/drying option available.
