Great host, great location and cosy homely chalet
9.0Great location and Barkley was so helpful with check in and check out , the park itself is really nice and everyone is friendly The chalet is well equipped and has all you need to make your holiday stay easy and relaxed Thank you Barkley for letting us stay
− The only thing I can say is the mattresses on the bunk bed weren’t comfortable ( you could feel the springs) but the double bed was good
Berkeley was brilliant. couldn’thave helped us more

10.0It wasn't what we had expected it to be as unfortunately we were there for my brothers funeral, Barkly was exceptional host would highly recommend going though this young man outstanding oerson
Disappointing standard considering nightly rate
3.0Barkley was super helpful and friendly. Rang the day before to check we knew where we were going and sent all the information by text. It was a great location to explore the beach in Westgate and Margate.
− Barkley arrived and told us there was issues with the door handle. It was broken and came completely out when pulled. So that was an initial worry. As we explored the place more we found a lot of issues. It was not very clean. Lots of dirt under the table and in the cupboards. There was very random items, like an exercise bike and a racing machine. It made what little space there was feel very cramped. Cupboards full of items that just made it look messy and made it uniseable space. This was in the kitchen and bedroom. When it got dark we realised there was no light in the main bedroom so relied on the lamp. When we first used the shower, the door was broken and pulled across in pieces. Was lucky it closed at all. The oven seal was broken so it let a lot of heat out, making cooking more unreliable. Overall the place really needs some love and attention. Whilst it is on the cheaper end of the budget for the area, paying over £130 per night for this standard is upsetting. I certainly wouldn't consider it a cheap stay. I would like to be more positive as the host himself was very friendly but he seriously needs to improve the standard of accommodation he is renting out. I only got one photo as the rest i captured on video, which can't be uploaded.
Had a lovely weekend stay, nice and convenient to visit my parents in Birchington.

Exceptional
10.0Loved the caravan. Very comfortable n well organised for space. The site is nice too and we had good weather! What's not to like. Thank you for your attention and help. We would certainly come again.
− Had a power outage which was not the inners fault but site management fixed it very quickly.
