Credit card & CVV collected not for payment. Aggressive, frightening staff. House flies. Overpriced.

Lively local market, delicious street food, friendly sellers & fishermen

− 1. We were threatened by the house keepers and the manager who spoke unstoppably via phone call to push for payment. It was a fully prepaid booking, nonrefundable, credit card info inclusive of CVV was required while making reservation. But they kept pushing us to check bank balance to give the payment proof. Finally we received an email from booking.com reconfirming that we should pay directly upon check out. We paid immediately by local bank transfer. Questions: 1. Why set the policy fully prepaid, nonrefundable, credit card and CVV collected, but payment was collected upon checkout? 2. Is my credit card info safely protected? 2. The house keepers could access the house freely when we were staying inside. No privacy, esp. when they were pushing us for payment. We were scared of their aggressive attitude & behaviour, their parade in the front yard violating our privacy before checkout time. 3. TOO MANY HOUSE FLIES. 4. The running water pressure was too slow, no water in the upper floor WC. 5. The cooking service was overpriced.

The villa is immaculate and well-appointed. The location is right on the beach and immediately feels like a second home. The beds are fantastic and there is air-conditioning in each bedroom plus the living room.

Very enjoyable, very rustic feeling, best for family, all the pros outweight the cons

Feels very much like home, very close to the beach, house has every accommodation you can think of, view is excellent, the whole family very enjoyed the stay
