9.0The location and the canal view balcony! Very authentic interior and nice, friendly and helpful hosts! I am really happy, that I had a chance to stay at such a unique property in Venice. Make a mocca coffee and look at the boats while drinking it? Just a dream, really!

9.0The little window terrace facing the canal was lovely for coffee & drinks to wave at people in gondolas floating by. The flat was clean, had everything needed for cooking, and great location.
− We liked everything but would recommend maybe adding a small removable shelf for the window sill to allow for a few more plates of food. Something that can be hooked onto the sill. It’s nice to eat there.
